His core strengths lie in distribution strategy, product operations, and channel development, where he is recognized for his analytical approach and ability to build scalable, process-driven systems.With a comprehensive understanding of India’s retail financial ecosystem and a strong entrepreneurial outlook, Mr. Balaji co-founded CreditMitra with the vision of creating a technology-led platform that seamlessly integrates loans, insurance, and wealth management solutions under a single unified ecosystem.
Ms. Swapna Rani Eskilla is a technology leader with strong expertise in designing enterprise-grade digital platforms for the financial sector. She holds deep technological capability with sharp financial domain insight to architect scalable, secure, and innovation-driven systems that support rapid business growth. Known for her strategic clarity and entrepreneurial mindset, she consistently aligns technology with long-term business objectives while solving complex challenges with precision.
